Endorsement Announcement: Ayleem Connolly

We’re kicking off Women’s History Month by spotlighting a leader who has spent her career standing up for students and educators: Ayleem Connolly.

With two master’s degrees and 14 years in the classroom, Ayleem brings not only expertise but lived experience, understanding firsthand what it takes for students, parents, and educators to succeed.

Now running for MSCS School Board District 8, Ayleem is committed to expanding access to mental health counseling and enrichment programs for the 100,000+ students in her district.

She champions fair pay and better working conditions for educators, knowing that strong teachers build thriving classrooms, while making sure parents have a consistent, accessible seat at the table to shape the future of their schools.
