The Time Is Now: A Night of Community and Celebration with Fuerza Democrats TN in Nashville

Thank you so much to everyone who joined Fuerza Democrats TN and our board member and host, Melissa Alvarez on October 11th for our annual fundraiser! We exceeded our fundraising goal and welcomed over 40 guests, including several incredible leaders — Rep. Gloria Johnson, Rep. Shaundelle Brooks, Judge David Briley, and our long-time supporters Judge Ana Escobar, School Board Member Freda Player, Brian Cordova, and many more.

This event was more than just a fundraiser,  it was a celebration of community, progress, and shared purpose. Our community truly showed up, with generous in-kind contributions that made the evening special: catering by Marisqueria, photography by Muata Hunt, and a beautiful live performance by Honduran-Nashvillian singer Rosa Rodriguez. Our dedicated Nashville board members also contributed additional items and support to make the night a success.

Each year, this annual gathering brings together passionate Tennesseans who believe in the power of politically empowering more Latinos to run for office and lead with strength, vision, and purpose. If you missed this 2025 gathering, join us next year!
